1. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the Open Room and Weight Room times overlap. If you want get to the room and roll around for 30/45 min. and then go
lift, that is 100% recommended. Actually, that is preferred. WE HAVE TO GET STRONGER!!!
2. Coach Stevinson will be taking you through a more structured lifting program. He will start
it at 4:30ish, so get in there on time, ready to lift. A coach will always accompany him. Listen to Coach Stevinson; he is there to help you. You will do the workout that we have prepared for you,
not your own…obviously, yours isn't working too well.
3. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays there is always the possibility of a coach being in the room for you to wrestle. It is not
guaranteed. If you want to drill/wrestle more, comeback at night for the kids club practices.
4. Take the lifting program seriously. You will not be in there long. If you go hard, you
will be done in about 45-60 min. GO HARD, then GO HOME!!!
