K through 6th Grade:

Week Days: 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m,.

Sundays:  2 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

6th through 8th Grade:

Week Days: 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Sundays: 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Important Note:

If you plan to wrestle in a weekend tournament, you must attend the Monday or Tuesday practice before the planned tournament to register to compete.
